脱氮硫杆菌在生物脱硫技术中的应用

脱氮硫杆菌分布很广,可在10~37℃,pH为4.0~9.5的条件下生长,适生长温度为28~30℃,适pH 6.5~7.0。脱氮硫杆菌对高盐度环境的适应性不强。脱氮硫杆菌能够利用的氮源范围很广,可以是氨盐、硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐以及氨基酸等,在厌氧条件下,硝酸盐又被作为电子受体而被还原。在硫循环体系中,好氧条件下,脱氮硫杆菌以氧为电子受体氧化还原硫化合物而获得能量。厌氧条件下,脱氮硫杆菌以反硝化反应的方式同时参与硫、氮循环,以硝酸盐中的氧来氧化硫化合物。
生物脱硫

Under anaerobic conditions, Thiobacillus denitrificans take part in both sulfur and nitrogen cycles in the way of denitrification, and oxidize sulfur compounds with oxygen in nitrate.
