1、系统脱硫液量是影响投资和使用效果关键的数据。如果测算量较实际量少,投资估算虽然较低,但按方案确定的加量浓度达不到要求,影响使用效果。因此系统脱硫液总量应估算准确,以保证催化剂的初始浓度

2、催化剂应避光、防潮储存,储存环境温度不宜过高,正常环境储存质保期为 2年。

3、应用后注意监测脱硫液碱度和硫泡沫的分离情况,因硫容高系统硫磺产量会增加,需要关注熔硫釜的处理能力。

4、络合铁脱硫催化剂在脱硫液中理论上是不消耗的, 但由于在生产过程中催化剂会随着硫泡沫带出或溶液损失造成的流失是难以避免的,所以应定期向脱硫液中补充适量的浓缩脱硫催化剂,以维持脱硫液中正常的催化剂浓度.

However, because the loss of the catalyst will lead to the loss of sulphur foam or the loss of solution, it is difficult to avoid the desulphurizing solution. 5、若脱硫负荷超过设计能力太多时,要适当提高吸收剂及催化剂的浓度。

6、络合铁催化剂虽然有抗油干扰的能力,但是大量焦油、洗油带入脱硫液而影响脱硫系统的硫泡沫形成,因此要做好入脱硫系统煤气的预处理工作。
