沼气制CNG的过程,其实就是一系列净化过程及终升压过程。
The process of producing CNG from biogas is actually a series of purification processes and the final boosting process.
1.硫含量过高则会腐蚀设备和管道,降低其使用寿命;
1. If the sulfur content is too high, it will corrode equipment and pipelines, reducing their service life;
2.CO2存在量越多则气体热值越低;

3.水的存在会造成管道腐蚀,形成水合物限制或堵塞管线中气体的流动,甚会使燃烧器熄火;

4.由于沼气通过是在厌氧环境下产生的,O2含量一般不会超标,但需注意CNG标准中要求净化后O2含量不得高于0.5%;
