沼气脱硫剂使用6个月,必须更换。关闭沼气净化调压器开关,打开沼气净化脱硫塔进出料口,将脱硫剂在出口掏净,关闭出料口,在进料口填装新脱硫塔,填满后封闭进料口。 更换下的脱硫剂还可再使用,方法是:将更换下来的脱硫剂先除去碎沫,再把颗粒型剂放在阴凉、通风、干燥处2-4天,等到脱硫剂的颜色变成褐色,用塑料袋密封起来,不要受潮、曝晒、压碎,等下次更换使用。换下来的脱硫剂多只能再用两次,但再次使用时间只能在3-4个月。
